Cajun Chicken Set.

This is the 2nd most popular item. After you get over the
shock that chix breast can be tender & juicy when cooked
properly, you realize that it also absorbs flavour, which the
leg & thigh do not. These are char-grilled will mozarella
cheese and topped with our spicy cajun sauce.
US Choice Tenderloin

Tenderloin is supposed to be the most tender cut of beef. It has
no bone and is only held together by the fats so when we trim
and marinate it, we actually have to carefully tie it with
string so it doesnt fall apart when we cook it!
US "Prime" Ribeye
200gm $34 300gm $51 400gm $68
This is the best of the best, the creme de la creme, the
cat's meow, well i think you know what im saying here. There
is no higher quality ribeye anywhere! Word!! Church!! This
is very well marbled corn fed US beef. When we have it,
order it. Ask Mr.Koh, he'll tell ya!
Fish & Chips
Reg $6 Lrg $10
This is the most popular item on the whole menu. Like almost
everything else on the menu, we make it ourselves. This is
premium pacific dory (not the cheap cream one). We season
the fish then bread it with Japanese bread crumbs. It is
always fresh because we try to make only enough to sell one day.
Turkey Sausage
Whole Sliced $8 Half Only $4.50
When we can get them, we serve the butterball turkey sausage.
These are huge! A bit saltish to get that smokey flavour to
come out. These are fabulous with either Amercian/Eng Mustard.
Cheese Fries
One Size $7.50
Ok. A large spicy fries has gobs and gobs of REAL cheddar cheese
melted all over them. I said REAL cheddar cheese, so when it
cools it gets chewy. If you dont like chewy cheese, eat it fast
while its still gooey not chewy. If, however, you like chewy
cheese, like us cheese connoisseurs, take your time.
