BRAND’S Chicken Essence w Tangkwei

Just last week i gave this chicken essence a try.
And yesterday mark the last day of the consecutive 6 days intake.
Decided to give it a try after googling more information on tangkwei.

If you have been following my blog/twitter, you would have
know i complain almost every other month of the intolerable cramps
i experienced. Hence it encourage me further to give this product a try!

Further information regarding this product - It is rich in iron,
magnesium and vitamins B1, B2 and E, it is generally used to improve
blood circulation and replenish blood loss. It is also beneficial
in relieving your body from tiredness.

yay~ after i started flying and resume back to ground job,
i haven't been able to get ample amount of at least 8hrs sleep!
boohoo~! sometimes i even had difficulties falling back to sleep after
waking up during the wee hours. ;(
