新年就快过了。。。

last Fri i went for an "overnight" mahjong session!
and man was it 1 of the best i've played so far!
reason being i was 自摸-ing & 胡-ing for several times!
and i emerge as the overall winner - 1 against the other 3 worx!
duno if its plainly my luck or bcux i increased it by heeding the fortune teller's advice!
was told that white is good 4 me & metal items wil bring me luckiness.
after setting the self-timer, i was busy looking for the 发 tile!
end up it snapped before i can find 1.
e 1st rnd that i win big!
collected $39 as a total!
this is the rnd that determined the winner!
collected $69 from all of them leh!!

then i realized the 2 photos of mahjong tiles shows all 4 creatures!
2 creatures in each photo hor? hahaha so qiao!

and chu er i went over his friend's hse 4 blackjack session.
managed to help him win some $$ as well.
currently my fave shot of all!
thanks 2 his friend 4 helping us 2 snap this..
do we look like some huat huat couple?

aft these 2 rounds of playing, i kinda inspire to be a gambling queen.
provided that my luckiness wil continue to bring me more HUAT-ness!

aft eons, my family finally lou hei again!
and this year round, i help out by eating!
can stil remember the v last time we lou hei, i only eat those crispy stuff.
whereas this year, i ate everything else cept salmon. ;x

i believe 1 macaroon a day can brighten things up.
if only there r 30/31 diff flavours which i can eat them everyday!

好可怕啊!过了圣诞节后，我家的零食爆增了好多！
而我为了要减肥，所以都不怎么敢吃。。
再过三个礼拜就新年了，还有十分诱人的肉干。。
你叫我如何抗拒啊！
其中一位同事打算圣诞节给我，结果拖到昨天我才收到。
扎看之下，其实这些都像是日本的零食哦！
有同事回澳门也买了些土产回来！
还有从韩国的零食哟！

had an interesting dinner ytd after work.
met up w some of my besties & intend 2 have a quick dinner.
who knows we ended up reminiscing so much about our sec sch times.
those were priceless moments never forgotten.

hope every1's had a joyful celebration over the past wkend.
mine however was kinda torturous though. ;(
fell sick on Thur evening, had fever, bodyache & headache.
seen a doc, had dinner & wanted 2 turn in early.
but halfway midnight, woke up got diarrhea.
kept repeating all the way till morning 8+am i couldnt endure.
run toilet until my limbs turn jelly.
cold sweat break out while i was brushing teeth.
no appetite, had a small slice of bread & went to see doc. again.
was on MC on the last day of 2011. so "lucky" isnt it?
through out my working days, i've not taken a day of MC,
yet on the very last day, no choice gotta take.
fortunately, the runs went down and i managed to slowly recover by Sat.
now i can happily binge on all my xmas junks from friends!
om nom nommmmm.....
nutella lover gotta agree this is dope, indeed!
yay~ dinner after work w besties!

what a wet xmas

yesterday was such a mad rush!
went back office and came to know the "boss" is not around!
so i did something sneaky.. hiak hiak!
managed 2 meet dorothy at orchard for awhile b4 heading home.
so coincident we got each other something from agnes b!
and she remembered that agnes b was my fave! :D
glad 2 know that she like the gift i got 4 her.
so a typical photo indoor..
asking a lady who was waiting for some1 2 take for us.
made some amendments since e original was dark.
and then we camwhore alil' b4 i bade goodbye..

reached amk and was already drizzling..
but the worse was reaching home and cleaning up..
that dog actually peed in the kitchen & living room!
not anywhere near the supposed newspaper or toilet! *angry*

went downstairs to pack dinner and saw these!
damn happy lah! couldnt find it at NTUC,
end up found them at my house nearby conve store!

not to mention, SG was "flooded" yet again due to heavy rain.
see the "bishan park river" was formed after the rain?

am a big fan of hipstamatic camera app on iphone.
so when this was launched & i received an email notifications,
i immediately went appstore to dl & try out already.
the whole idea of this app is something like old time film camera.
u have to finish shooting a whole roll of 24 exposures,
before u get to see the outcome of your shots.
but that is only half of what u have to know anyway!
another advantage is u get to share this roll of films with your friends!
provided that your friends r using it & its on facebook!
send the invites & voila! ur on the way to developing your 1st roll!

1 downside though, my app kept crashing whenever i share films with friends.
it kept crashing & i just have to keep restarting..
and not sure if my previous shot was capture anot. ;(
this is the only -ve part till now lah.
and dont say i never inform u before hand,
there are 2 free unlimited camera for u to shoot,

was supposed to be a xmas cele with the girls,
but took a downside & only raju + me turned up.
end up we stil manage to enjoy ourselves!
been long since the very last time we hang out together.
wanted to head down California Pizza Kitchen..
but there's only 2 of us for large portion of food..
so, we changed to bakerzin instead!
my main motive is to eat macaroons as well!
ordered our mains - Curry Chix Spaghetti & Carbonara!
carbonara can never go wrong isnt it?

aft our mains, i took a look at the macaroons flavour available.
sad to say, there's limited flavours.. ;(
so i end up getting the warm choc cake!
damn nice i tell you~ its a MUST!!
and raju got her Lemon Meringue!
waiter reminded her "its very sweet eh.."
but waited never remind me that i have to wait 8mins!
they need to mould the cake & heat it up..
raju even came back with 2 cupcakes from Magnolia Bakery!
it starred in the famous SeX & The City movie!!
but they turn beyond recognition so no pix! ;x
we walked up & down the Orchard & Somerset Road.

i dont know if its call unlucky or unfortunate.
that my parents went for their holidays & left me & sis at home.
so we hafta juggle feeding toto his 2 meals.
fatefully, yesterday was the 1st day my parents flew off.
and coincidentally both me & sis got appt at night.
hence we split into 2 shift to feed toto's dinner.
i took the evening shift - cooking & feeding him 1st round.
after that when my sis came home, she'll feed the 2nd round.
i left office at 4:45pm and reached home 5:50pm.
cook; feed; bath; prepare & went off again at 7:10pm.
reached bishan mrt at 7:30pm only to see this...
i took photo & post it onto my twitter.
haven got chance 2 browse through my tweet feed yet..
and i hopped on to bus 88 thinking i can get access to train..
look at the amount of ppl on the bus!
lucky i came on early so i got myself a seat lah!
thought reach Toa Payoh got train end up...

NO!!! i was so so wrong about it!

wah lao~ i wasted my time taking bus to toa payoh loh. -.-"
checked through the bus directory & decided 2 take bus instead lah.
but wait! look at this Q of bus 143!
i can barely see the start of the Q seriously!
thank god its a double deck & i got myself a seat comfortably.
the journey from Toa Payoh to Chinatown took me a whole 1hr+.
no thanks to the jam along Orchard Rd to Somerset area.
was so hungry when i arrived at the place with colleagues! -.-"

barely 1hr+ later, we hafta head off liao..
thinking that the train system might not have resumed so i took a bus.
but the bus refused to appear aft 15mins wait!!! >.<
my colleague offered 2 drop me somewhere nearer 2 my hse..
which i suggested NOvena? but her friend was nice enough to fetch me to amk.
since from chinatown to amk via CTE is quite fast.
however, the moment his car enter the entrance of CTE..
we are so wrong!!
look at this crazy jam!!
i only managed to reach home at 1210am.

so i literally spent 4hrs jamming & 1hr with my colleagues.
what a nice 15th Dec that i've got.

can u tell their desserts are damn nice LAH!
there's this hot choc cake; 2 scoops of ice cream;
4 macarons; a slice of tiramisu and 2 slice of waffles.
all these for $25, would u b willing to eat?
for me, the hot choc cake was dabomb!
took them 15mins to make it and whooo paired with vanilla ice cream,
seriously it left me wanting for more more more!

was angela & aigege's bdae mth hence e promo.
that pasta was really gd, and e peking duck pizza..
thumbs up seriously!

had an early "cele" for xmas!
got a voucher for haagen daz fondue $15 off!
here's e xmas fondue!
got scoops of mini ice cream, brownies & waffles!
perfect for sweet tooth me eh!

the week b4, i visit the resident blk above Clementi Mall.
the highest level was at 40th!
can oversee even the West Coast area leh!
honestly, these residents r damn fortunate lah!

11.11.11 was a 50/50 day.
i bade farewell to my 2nd auntie.
was really sad when i think of her.
im sure she must be really heartbroken already.
and 1 of my closest friend gave birth to her 1st bb!
after crematorium, i visit her at TMC.
hardly ever carry any newborn, was a 1st such experience 4 me.

一开始就有好多生日庆祝，
工作上也更新了很多新程序要学。
再加上有很多会议要参与。
现在谁都不能说我在办公室里是空闲的啦！
那天我们帮raju庆生!
好开心哦，因为已经好久都没见到大家聚在一起了！
当然她们都还在飞啦，只有我已经转行了。
这些是我们六个人吃的分量，不是很多吧？
那个truffle fries真是没话讲，好吃到。。！！！
不过价钱方面我个人是觉得有点贵，不过又不是时常吃所以还好。
看大家一起和的和照！
真是没后悔买这些新的胶卷啊！

last Sun we combed so much places!
from his house we went to collect his property doc,
then to Tiong Bahru for his viewing,
Orchard for buying his daughter/mum's bdae gift;
mooncakes 4 both our family;
did shopping from Taka-Ion-Paragon-Lucky Plaza-Wisma-Taka.
i think we kinda walked more than 10km just that day alone.
had Thomson ba chor mee b4 hm swt hm that day.
and i love e smell of my new bag! ♥
tried this bbt at Wisma too.
because their tea all comes with milk,
hence i asked 4 a recommendation from the cashier.
she intro me this Aloha Tea with 4 fruits!
i only remember there's kiwi, apple, pineapple..
there's this citrus fruity tea taste that quench your thirst.
and and there's Garrett popcorn!!
tell me who haven give it a try yet?
i tried it in NYC and now SG also have it.
personally i think the Chicago Mix is worth it.

then i finally meet up with my fave girl!

thur qc say he got a gd news 2 share with me.
and that is he spotted a designated seat 4 me at Level6.
currently we're all sitting at Level5,
which is for all engineers, FS blah blah whatsoever.
Level6 is for management, managers, lead kinda rank ppl.
i was still in doubt about his words,
and there came an email from my boss about new seat arrangement.
he said he has already "reserved" 3 seats upstairs for us.
the US refers to *M, *J and me.
but no way am i gonna shift upstairs.
ytd Ms Wong congrats me too.
after hearing what qc told her about.
i wasnt in a least bit happy about it honestly.
slightly before lunch, some1 msg and congrats me too.
like seriously?! whats there to congrats about?
he say he saw some1 reporting to me in a list of profile updating.
frankly seriously, i just wanna remain as low profile as possible.
im not interested in any politics or gossips.
as long as i get to earn big bucks & continue doing my work,
i duwan any backstabbing or unhappiness in the office.

i can only say, i didnt do anything extra to get that.

something to blog about..

last Fri night my sis & bf chanced upon a lost dog.
they walked arnd my house area trying to locate the owner.
and see if its owner is trying to find her back.
having no other choice, we place her at my cousin's house temp.
they decided to gave her a name - Oofi!
she's v friendly & loves to interact with people.
neither does she bark at every single thing.
totally "downstairs" trained to pee & poo only among the grasses.
we say "no" and she dont dare to step into the house.
open the car door, she will auto jump onto the seat.
she wont anyhow jump here & there, just quietly sit down.
u give her yummy rub, she will lick you back.
give her food to eat, she will finish it all up.
and to be honest, she is alot nicer & obedient compared to toto.
Sat morning brought her to the vet near my house.
obtained her microchip no. of SPCA & AVA were both closed.
decided to gave her a grooming session!
since she's having some yeast infection & skin irritation.
last Sun, bf handover his golfy to the car dealer.
it was kinda 不舍得 since i developed feelings 4 this car already.
moreover his mum strike afew times 4D with the car plate no.
hence i kinda believe this car plate no. is lucky!
borrowed a temp hyundai to last him till he got his car.
the car is totally chui ttm that i din bother 2 take any photos.

last Fri i went 2c the bone-setter near my house.
was told that it was an old injury.
remembered that i sprained my ankle around 2mths back.
missed a step on the overhead bridge & now the pain is here..
just yesterday i went to see another sinseh.
this is much better, he shifted the position for me.
so, probably after this my ankle should b well.

ytd we went to watch the Ape & Rising Planet blah blah..
i cant remember the exact name of the movie,
but the storyline is good imo!
at least the apes' expressions were all v real.
i feel caesar when will's dad was attacked.
the way he chiong out to save the dad frm further attacks.

been missing in action for quite sometime,
work has take a big turn from slacky to slightly more busy.
i agreed to take on additional workload & got a change in position.
the only thing im waiting now is pay adjustment!
wait til i can prove them my competency completely,
i'll definitely fight for my own worth!
last Wed we girls decided to take leave!
spent our own afternoon chit chatting at Prof's Brawn!
b4 that i had e cervival cancer prevention jab too!
ouch! my L-arm was really aching aft that.
but all's worth it for my own prevention that is. :)
then i was telling my mom abt craving her fried rice.
the very next day, she really fried it 4 me!
her own invention and own ingredients.
everything taste so deliciously that i was totally full!!
on Mon i had last min. lunch date with Raju.
has Soup Spoon as im avoiding heaty food.
i jux hafta wait for my pimples to go down first.
concealer aint helping either.
due to e heavy workload, i hafta get happy food!
so mango pomelo sago to last me til end of the day!
heavenly nice with thick mango puree & QQ sago!

1st time in my life play with real $$ and i won!!
its not alot though its jux $5.5 but thats not the point.
at least i can conclude im not really down on luck this year!

昨天我环岛走透透了！
AMK to Bishan to Serangoon and Jurong West.
where i managed to complete abit of my work report.
and then we set off 4pm to Bedok follow by Changi Exhibition Centre.
attended the Prudential Carnival 2011 w bf & his friend.
the sun was SO scorching hot! i nearly melted.
got e freebies and everything was Q-ing so long,
hence we gave it a miss and head elsewhere.

everytime i meet raju, we can talk abt anything under the sun.
we can laugh at the least funny thing,

might be due to my high expectation?
the 1st hr of the movie was spent yawning & slapping myself awake.

昨天我偷偷留在家里做工！
没有通知我老板，还好没有被发现！
结果今天来公司好多东西做喔！
一会儿去取了我的AIA卡，
一会儿又得致电给这位先生walk-through报告，
好让这报告快点转寄去美国，
然后我向上司询问下午会议的清单！
我可不想给客户一副看上去一窍不通的脸。
现在在等人一起去吃午餐，
大概两点多就得到客户处开个两小时半的会议。
祝我好运啦！

今晚约了爱人看我最最爱的Transformers 3!
唯一奇怪的是，我一点也不兴奋！
可能是下午的会议让我超不期待吧？
以后每隔两星期就会有这个会议，不期待也得习惯啦！

今天的心情高潮起伏不定!
从一大清早起床的很不原意，
到发现我手机里已有好几件祝语，
逼自己起床，冲凉，准备好了就出门。
很感激所有记得我生日的朋友，
尤其那些特地守候到半夜十二点祝福我的人。
真是感动到。。。
午餐时间约了两位好友一起吃，
中途老板打电话来，告诉我了一件不知是好还是坏事？
回到办公室，同事也帮我庆生。
原本有的会议也突然取消！
本来车子送去维修却突然取回了！
我希望这种运气会一直持续到周末！

e other day i met raju 4 lunch..
and she intro me this brown rice roll snacks!
she bght e other flavour but i chose this seaweed instead.
e verdict i received from my colleagues 2dae were +ve!
they even ask me where i bought it.
its a healthy snack aft checkin out e ingredients..
no harm tryin nx time when ur at NTUC.
if i rem correctly, its arnd $4-$5..
and this seaweed all boils down 2 my sis's colleague!
e colleague gave my sis & after i tried it,
OMG i couldnt resist and i saw it selling at NTUC!
wait no further, i grabbed 2packs immediately!
give these a try if ur same like me, always snacking.
BUT best thing is, these doesnt make u fat. ;p

while waiting outside, i can foresee the bill wil be at least $100.
after stepping in, i suddenly feel pressurized.
is like people judging you the moment u step into it.
walk & walk & walk all the way into 1 of the rooms.
inside is 2 big round tables.
each table able to sit at least 6 people.
the dim sum menu is still affordable.
whereas the dinner/lunch menu is jitao "WHOA!"
im not gonna judge based on the price,
so if 1day im able to try the food then i'll rate.

自从我在香港吃过一次，就对这牌子超爱！
就连我到三藩市也不忘买一盒回来，到东京也非要吃一个！
马国虽然很靠近，但叫我为了甜甜圈特地到那里一趟实在是有点无聊！

i met K for lunch @ Mac Drive Through.
got a free ride home from work all thanks to K!
and then i met R for Fast & Furious 5!
thank god i didnt give it a miss.
and we even had a talk at Bishan Park Mac.
was surprised we managed 2 talk for more than 2hrs+.

had a good rest last night finally.
uninterrupted, from 3+am all e way till 11 this morning.
past few days been torturous enough.
my bio clock is so used to waking up every 3-5hrs.
its killing me with this kinda sleep pattern.
im literally feeling sleepy while at my desk everyday.

not much veggies & behaving v much like a carnivore!
from the 腊味 stall downstairs, to NEX to Ion!
5mins away from my hse came a new 碳烧腊味!
their 叉烧 is seriously not bad!
even my sis a fussy eater also finds it above avg.
next come the NEX 鹿港小镇!
spot familiar dishes from TW but totally not up to standard.
i shall skip e rest of e dishes except their roast duck & pork!
e skin of e duck is crispy.
dip it into their additional $1 plum sauce, its double thumbs up.

my 1st visit to Canton-i as recommended by her.
we ordered e mixture of 3 meat - charsiew, roast-pork & duck!
my eyes literally lit up e moment i put those meat into my mouth.
the roast duck especially!
never had i tried such tasty roast duck before!
most imptly this restuarant is slightly to e pricey end.
both of us ordered 2drinks & 3dishes to share,
e bill came up to a total of $90+!
if any1 were 2 ask me 2 go down 4 another meal over there,
i hafta think twice not because of the food wise,
but in consideration for my pocket. ;p

this was yet another short week thanks 2 labor day!
and suddenly 2dae is a PH so we got another leave in lieu!
nothing much happened these 2weeks so not much pix..
Mon i went to try the Salted Caramel ice cream along Thomson Rd.
Tue & Wed i had a G.E-related lunch with colleagues.
Wed mark the arrival of golden pears free 4 us!
Thur was lunch full of jokes & watched my 1st rally!
Fri was lunch treat from xiang w/ QC + lisa w/ Alec.
unbelievable is i start my Fri quarrelling on e phone w/ lisa.
a gd 3hrs of phone convo with e 2 girls,
follow by meeting them & hubbies 4 lunch @ The Canteen.
its 1st visit for all of us & its enjoyable.
come 2dae we hafta do the compulsory voting for the G.E
2nite will be watching Jolin Tsai's concert.
mixed feeling though -
im sure e concert will be an eye-opener for me,
but at e same time i want to know imm. who won whichever GRC/SMC.
ordered the salted caramel + cookies' n creme flavour.
its special to have a salty taste ice cream.
when we arrived, some of e flavours alr seems 2b oos.

but was told that all the collectibles r all sold out alr.
just when i was feeling a tinge of disappointment,
the man standing behind the uncle stretch out his flag & gave me.
i was surprised. really caught in surprise.
so it seems that his wife got another flag so he gave 1 to me.
even though i have no idea how much it cost,
but the meaning behind such gesture certainly says alot.
TYVM and i'll keep it safe till the next big G.E arrives.

this week ends slightly faster than others,
all because today is an official PH for us office workers!
could be due the often conference call with some of my besties too.
they've been calling me at my office almost everyday!
then the few of us wil engage in our arrangement through the phone.
and i actually had 3 long lunch out of 4 working days!
2 of it was spent with my friends at Orchard,
while another 1 was with my colleagues at TiongBahru Plaza.
if only the weather can be less scorching hot.
i really dont mind lunching out EVERYDAY!
settled my Mon's lunch at Xin Wang.
wanted to eat my usual Curry Chix Rice budden,
i've got a $2.5 curry chix rice selling near my office!
so why would i wanna eat something similar at a much higher price?
Wed was over in a breeze too!
celebrated KK Uncle's bdae in the office.
we surprised him with a cake while he's busy working.
ytd was all abt playing & working!
i rushed out my reports, sent out & enjoy my fun!
celebrated lisa's belated & had dinner with joey aft work.
we even went 2 take neoprint!

Last Week Was So Fun!

i begin my last week with fiery red nail polish!
suddenly my passion for red nails came back..
thankfully, my nails are long enough!
anyway, last week was not so "busy" at work.
since its month end when everything is more or less finished.
Tue i met zhen to accompany her down Chinatown.
she gotta collect her stuffs from Poh Heng jewellery.
afterwhich we walked all the way to The Central just to settle dinner.
i agree im indecisive when it comes to food.

then we took train back home from Clarke Quay.
got a weird uncle on board the NSL,

then WED i got a finance meeting over at Tanjong Pagar office.
feels good to be back at Tanjong Pagar honestly!
everything seems oh-so-familiar to me!

now we're got a new office at 20 Anson Building.
super ATAS lah! if i work here, gotta dress up everyday!

had a 2hrs+ meeting going through powerpoint slides.
and finally see all the people im dealing with.

surprisingly, there's only 1 guy among our meeting that day.
another side of my work will be involved with 80% men.

somehow i got a feeling that i might kena check IC!

it was Ladies Night so all housepour on 50% discount! wheee~!

coincidently bf went to meet his friend nearby.
so he came down & gave us a lift back home!
he said i was complaining & scolding him when im drunk.
but was i drunk? no lehhh.. i was sober loh!
i just felt my head weighing down on me.

also to replace my previous pair of polka dots flats.
was so sad that it became spoilt after wearing it several days.

so we went back there after match to have our dinner!
its all packed into thick drawing paper?
everything self service includes helping yourself to drinks!
the fries was big & soggy, totally my love!
bf say its only so-so lah.. but oh wells, me love soggy food!

ended the week by nua-ing half a day at bf's place.
busy trying to rush through The Fierce Wife drama online.
still lagging behind by 6eps & counting..
overall, last week was so fun!

this week was slightly better than last.
at least i spend my office hrs doing my work not slacking.
realised 8hrs of working pass by so much faster than when doing nothing.
next week have to attend training on conference call;
have to go over Tanjong Pagar office for a Finance Meeting;
and also it marks the start of April!
which means its time to start doing my SLA report myself! ;s
shucks! gotta prepare stationary & note down all important stuff.
anyway, i have to iron my clothes prepare for work tomorrow.
every 2 weeks iron once, maybe should get more cotton clothes instead.
this is the Small vs Big which im referring to.
i setup a monitor connected to my laptop for bigger usage.
didnt know using keyboard, mouse & monitor is better than laptop!
e other day i got free lift home from work.
reached home b4 the sky turns dark.
bath & came out just in time for 7pm channel u drama.
even got time to take photo of the sky turning dark.
last Thur the postman delivered toto's raincoat!
next time during rainy day can also bring toto out for walk.
HAHAHA! look at how unwilling toto looks over here.

alrights, i gotta go do my ironing already.

ytd's weather was kinda weird,
it went from white clouds blue sky to gloomy sky suddenly.
yet aft e gloomy sky, the blue sky returns back!
i took 2 snaps out from my house's window.
here's the sky from the right hand side of my hse,
which is my cousin's hse area.
look at those thick black clouds!
the sky over my side which is stil showing fluffy white clouds..
den i realised ever since i started working,
i've been binging on junk food v often!
i even stock them up in my office drawer for my convenience!
so 2dae i bought a pack over 2 his house 2 share..
very sian at the thought of returning back to work tomorrow..

There Goes First Week..

so i officially returns to being an OL on Mon..
pulled myself reluctantly up for work in the early morning at 550am.
bath, prepare, breakfast & setoff as early as 730am.
reached Tiong Bahru bus stop at 820am. -.-"
my co. shuttle bus only picks us up at 844am loh..
was half listening 2 music & half fb+twittering on my iphone.
anyway, i met 1 of my boss at the bus stop together.
he shows me arnd the 3floors & without him i'll be handicapped.
cause i need an access card to enter basically everywhere!
after he went back to work, i stick around with Amy.
she's in charge of handover to me.
what i had on e 1st day of work.
consider cheap at $3 with extra meat in soup!

what i did the whole day was jux staring at her working.
my laptop wasnt ready yet so i couldnt do anything.
the same goes to Tue as well.
except i've finally signed my contract already!
also pass to HR all e relevant docs for processing.
since Amy was busy & i couldnt help her in anything,
i sneak out for teabreak!
was craving for curry puff suddenly la!

i informed them beforehand that Wed i couldnt report for work.
got some personal issues but anyway it was approved.
i head down for my 2nd med checkup within 6days!
note that its at the same Raffles Hospital.
urine & blood test again!
i got blood test phobia!
my previous blood test wound is stil blue black.

Thur i returned back to work wearing my new pants!
its from Stradivarious, very comfortable in slim cut.
makes me look slimmer, me like!
paired with ultra cheap $10 pumps from vivie.

Amy was driving her dad's car ytd hence we lunch further out.
drove out to somewhere near Henderson Market.
had their Teochew porridge with dishes.
very cheap, only comes up to $13.60 for 4pax!
we've got a total of about 7dishes!
i stick around with Amy to Bukit Merah Market too.
she hafta help her husband to get contacts.
only reached office at 1430pm!
thats when the technician finally came with my laptop!
had it 60% setup. the remaining 40% Amy helepd me with it.
this morning i had my fave donuts 4 breakfast!
very sweet but it makes me happy!

reached office & i slowly try to personalise the laptop.
very lousy considering that its only running on a 512MB RAM! BOO!!
sooner or later, i'll get them to add in extra for me!
ytd i bought this at Henderson Market.
there was a stall among the wet market selling bicuits.
chose this over all biscuits.
brings me fond memories of my childhood days.
didnt lunch out today so i dabao yong tau foo back!
sucha big bowl with 8ingredient + rice for $4.30!
i finished the whole bowl except the rice.
still, i think i'll patronise this stall again.
they've got very nice & friendly aunties!

as i slowly countdown, its the end of 1st week being an OL.
so far stil ok except i dont like my current office.
everything is so old & how u call that, used?
undeniable, i've got nice colleagues & still no politics.
but there IS this one guy whom i hate ever since 2yrs+ back,
he's stil around & is my direct reporting boss now.
i sincerely pray he'll be shifted away. ;D

all been discussed & i accepted his offer on the spot.
its too good to give it a miss.
only thing i hate is the working location.
at tiong bahru, not here nor there.
i cant even meet my besties 4 lunch anymore! big boo!
but i've set my plan to save $800/mth!
slowly build up my savings bit by bit while im can..

its the weekend once more..
when every1 else is so happy to have weekends,
im actually feeling different.
weekday or weekends, to me both seems e same.
thats the best thing about being unemployed.
right now i've already turned down 3 job offeres.
the 4th will be turned down next week.
although they're willing to pay me a salary of $2.2k,
but the amount of AL is only 7Ds per year!
not to mention no dental, even medical is only $100+!
nuff said, i shall wait for government job..
at the same time, if a better job offer comes by...

Mon was spent meetin Mabelle @ Bugis.
had lunch & walked around aimlessly b4 bidding farewell.

Tue i met Cine after 2 interviews.
decided to invest in some formal clothes,
we walked around Orchard shopping!
the last time i spend $$ on clothes was 2mths ago!
wait 4 xiang & lisa 2 off work b4 we took a train home.

Wed i met Raju at town again!
paid a visit to Kinokuniya to browse books.
saw this whole range of shopaholics storybooks, my fave!
i even read out horoscope from books to Raju..

Raju bought playdough from Kinokuniya!
so funny to knead icecream & burgers outside the Chanel store.
security guard even shoo us off!

Wed i received an sms from Singtel about winning tickets!
as stated in the sms, its 12noon on 4th Mar.
who knows, that was a wrong date & time!
poor me & zhen made a wasted trip down Powerhouse. -.-"
again we went down to town where i bought new clothes!
luckily zhen stopped me from buying the pants from Bershka,
because i ended up buying something nicer elsewhere!

while waitin 4 lisa at Orchard MRT..
as we hardly get to meet up that often,
we camwhore a teeny bit..

i made a mistake again!
lisa said she's at e 1st cabin but we wait at e last!
when we finally met her at Newton MRT,
her face was black & fierce.

aft that xiang went home while e 3 of us went 2 lisa's hse.
played with dro & had our dinner together!
even watched the MobTV on Demand for the 9pm drama!
since its only the 3 of us aft dro fell aslp,
we gossip abit here & there..
listening 2 lisa relate 2 us about her pregnancy story,
i really admire her 4 being so brave!

Another Week Gone...

the coming week will be the 5th..
no.. its not 49days yet so im stil in monotone clothings.
am feeling fortunate that this week is finally over.
i started Mon with a -ve news followed by Tue,
which i was happy for nothing.
and then Wed was really a terri-horigible day initially!
i couldnt find the damn Merchant Square!
was told to locate Riverside Point after i exit from B.
but i couldnt find the Riverside Point!
so i tried using my Maps on iphone to find Merchant Square!
thinking im going in the right direction,
i crossed the road & walked another 15mins b4 i check the Map again.
it wasnt refreshed immediately but after it refreshed,
by then i was seriously cursing under my breathe!
its no fun walkin with 2 blistered toes & 1 blisters heels!
did i mention i was walking under the broad daylight?!
walked back to the exit B which i came out from 25mins ago,
and locate the Merchant Square again!
the place which i could have reached within 15mins,
actually took me near to 45mins to arrive.
tell me how dumb can i be? -.-"
sorry, dumb is not the correct description.
i should say im a direction idiot.
anyway, i was cheated to go down thinking it was a cust svc post.
who knows it turns out to be yet another F.C post!
BIG SIGH! i made my exit & stand at a streetside pasting plasters.
my 2 poor toes was red from all the abrasion & blisters. ;(
sweating, make-up melting & pain from the toes made me super touchy!
lucky my bud was consoling me..
i still got a 2nd interview 2 look forward to!
dont be depressed & maintain a +ve attitude 4 the next!

was told to do translation & grammatical error corrections.

took a cab home since it was drizzling when i left.
& hardly i wil entertain cabbie esp uncles!
he told me he've got a 18yo daughter who only grad frm ITE.
quoting what he said, "no future la.. faster get married better!"
i answered him, "even if married le u wil stil worry abt her? isnt it?"
he say, "aft she married, i let her husband worry abt her loh!"
HAHAHAHA! he even wish me all the best in my interview!
while takin the lift up, i strike a conversation with my neighbor!
the auntie was dog-walking, stayin at 23rd storey!
i asked her, "how old is ur dog? so quiet ah?"
auntie say, "4yrs old, very old liao.."
!!!!! "huh? 4yrs old consider old meh? mine already 10yrs leh!"

i duno why i was really in a mood like i strike toto!
is like i know i did well during my 2nd job interview,
i know i'll confirm get the job that kinda feeling!
Thur was spend recuperating at home..
my legs & arms were aching from doing too much jumping jacks.
and my toes.. i hafta let them rest b4 i wear covered shoes out again.

Fri, i went down to my 2nd job interview location..
was invited 2 go down discuss abt the job package & salary..
as predicted, they couldnt offer me my expected salary.
there's no way i can survive with the amount.
hence all i can do is 咬紧牙关继续找！
i dont believe i cant find a job which can pay me THAT amount!

i really enjoyed my weekends totally..
even if it means not going out & just staying at home.
because those are the only 2 days that both parents arent home.
i can finally escape from my mom's nagging!
every Mon-Fri, i just switch on my mute mode.
cant be bothered to answer her every single bombard question.
you could b wondering, even if i dont answer her,
she will still go on nagging & talking non-stop.
honestly, cant she tell i just need some peace & quiet?!

yesterday as mentioned, i answered more than 10 calls!
unbelievable but its 100% truth.

suitable or not, try it before judging it.

6. When she’s mad. Dude, you better try & get her back. Chase her, whatever it is, don’t let her walk away when she’s mad at you. It shows you don’t care enough to go after her. Don’t let her go.

7. Maintain. If you did a bunch of cute things with her before, try & keep it up. You don’t have to go all out everyday for her, but don’t stop completely just because you got her already.

How Small Details Meant More Than Big.

This one time I painted a living room with a girl.

This was a handful of years back. It was about eight months before the huge, flame-out of a breakup. That day, though? That day we painted the living room? It was pretty uneventful. We painted my parents living room for $50 between us and a pizza. That was it. I think we watched Anchorman or something after that.

But it still holds as one of the most indelible memories I have. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not still in love, it happened, it was good, it ended, and we’ve both moved on. But I’ll never forget that day. Because it’s never, in the long run, about the grand gestures. You can fly across the world and show up on her doorstep with a rose in your teeth and a ring in a little velvet box but I can guarantee you that - more often than not - she’s going to remember the time you built the birdhouse in the back yard, or what have you, a whole lot more.

Life wasn’t meant to be taken in large movements. The next day will inevitably arrive, you’ll sleep, and the moment will have passed. been a week since i last updated..
nothing much has changed or happened.
except the fact that afew people fell sick.
my raju got viral infection, diarrhea for 4days!
den my lover got fever & diarrhea while his mum got gastric flu.
as mentioned b4, this 2011 doesnt seems to be very smooth-sailing till now.
and guess where i was on the so call Valentine's Day?

HEHEHE my 1st ever M'sia stamp!
we enter into JB 4 cheap cheap zichar dinner!
as i was too hungry by then, i gobbled up all e food..
before i remember i should snap photo of it.

and i even had my much craved satisfaction!
the baskin robbins ice cream!!!
sad to say.. its not as good as Japan's.. =\

now under my care are these flowers..
lets see how long they can last..

then Tue i went down for an interview with recruit agency.
look at the blister on the back of my heel! ;(
ultra mega pain lohx..
it even rain when i was about to reach home.
my shoes were soaked & i was drenched. within 2mins.

before my interview, i met up with lisa 4 lunch.
we hardly meetup nowadays although im like so free!
so just lunch, talk & crap about life.
she even accompany all me all the way to UOB Plaza.
my google map is so useless lah!
it leads me to another place instead lohx.. -.-"
after interview we still continue to talk all the way..
till i reach home.. throughout my bus journey & such..
been long since i last had such long phonecall with her.. :)

i had half-boiled egg this morning!
and i bid goodbye to lover.
he'll be gone for the next 4days. biz trip. extended.
thats all. so im like on single-hood this weekend.

by the way, have arranged an interview next Mon.
the lady was so kind & nice, we talked on the phone for 20mins!
she feels that im more cut out for a frontline job.. hmmm..

am waiting patiently to get called.
there's 1 that im pretty interested since its at Toa Payoh.
and 1 of my friends on fb is a head-hunter.

got called in the morning to go down for an interview at 3pm.
luckily i did my research this time round.
she told me im interviewing for a SALES position. (???)
true to what she say, its a FINANCIAL CONSULTANT position!

we're go over my auntie's house & enjoy eating this!

was going to be 90% done when my sis's bf said he can help me out.
thinking that im able to fix up the fan myself was so wrong!
ended up he helped me out with fixing it,
and now i know how to fix a fan myself in future!

due to complain but other ppl, i put up the curtain in my room.
been several years since i last have curtain in my room.
last night i tried closing it all but my room was so dark!
i could hardly endure it so i opened up a small gap.
only close up the gap this morning to block out the sunlight.
whoa~ i can laze in bed longer with it.. no good no good!

aft last year i wasnt arnd in SG,
i thought this year i'd hafta go through it again..
who knows, my grannie passed away.
so i didnt celebrate CNY for 2 consecutive year.
only finally stepped out of my house on 3rd day of CNY.
& its a family thing to watch movie & dinner after.
we caught The Green Hornet as requested by my father.
ermm its just a soso movie imo.
so lets skip the movie session instead.

we opt for Soup Restuarant!

was doin spring cleaning that day..
when we decided its time to change our modem at home!
so we ring singnet up & they agree 2 send technician down.

thats e technician helpin us 2 change a new modem.
finally no more weird modem startup sound;
and hello to new pearl white modem!
but before the technician went off, something happened.
he realised his specs is missing so we searched high & low.
den my mum felt accused cux earlier on i passed her her specs.
which the technician was just asking me to check,
"see if i accidentally took the wrong specs away?"
ended up my mum feelin accused & say we shouldnt have let -
old, short-sighted & most imptly non-chinese speaker technician 2 come.
like wth is wrong with non-chinese speaker?!
WE ARE the ones communicating with him not YOU?!
so who is the racist over here whom we're talking about? -.-

while painting my nails & on the phone with bf,
my mum went market to buy food & sis went out with bf.
my house phone rang & it sent my heart racing.
i couldnt think straight & only thought of calling my sis first!
got hold of sis & mum den another phonecall came.
at that point of time im actually shivering.
her words keep repeating in my mind, "阿嫲可能不可以了。"

i wasnt right with my prediction.
i thought a weekday would spot a shorter queue instead.
who knows, i ended up queue-ing for a good 4hrs20mins.
all for the sake of 2packs of 600g gold coin kah gwas only!
yessss unbelievably true i hafta admit.
while other people were spot lugging big BIG bags of it,
i was only lugging 1 small paper bag instead of plastic bag!
fortunately i wasnt queue-ing on my own.
i have raju along side with me to kill boredom.
was late for 40mins; went chinatown hawker to exchange clothes;
poor raju was queue-ing by herself while i was away.

ignoring the fact that sun was shining down mercilessly,
we stil had our bonding session done. HAHAHA!
i bought ice cream to beat the heat!

near to 4hrs' time, we're finally steps away to the shop!
and jux 2person infront of us is an "otaku"!
his hairstyle is damn ... & he got a "pet cat" on his bag!
through out the 4hrs+, he was reading comic on his ipad.

they jux got it re-filled so full!

we only came out with these!
e big plastic bag is raju's $80 worth of bah gwas!

walked here & there at chinatown b4 settling down at kbox!
finally we can rest our feet & enjoy the free aircon!

only 2hrs & we sang to our hearts' content!
was surprised to see similar system in kbox like those in TPE!
even their lighting's are so atmospheric with changeable colors!

what shock me even more is we paid only $12 in total!
which is $6 per head with 1 free drink & tidbits!
its amazing.. its amazing..

had our dinner at some random food market.
walked quite a distance to the bus stop with lesser crowd,
hop on bus 851 to enjoy the free flow of vulgar from a chinese guy.
i've always wonder how hokkien speaker speak so fluently?
as in their sentences are like connected to the vulgar.
he kept me entertained for a good 10mins,
as i was (sorry!) eavesdropping his conversation on the phone.

havent mention that last Sun my sis/bf bought mango dessert home!

here's the mango pudding with(out) the condensed milk.
my mum accidentally threw the milk away. HAHAHA!

and the pomelo with mango sago -
has turned bad after leaving it overnight.
even the color has turned darker. ;s

last night my sis/mum bring toto c vet.
poor toto been vomitting 3days in a row.
on my bedsheet; on the sofa & in the living room.
might be virus or germs in his stomach.
gotta put him on medications for 5/10 days.
bara is back to her normal self, now is toto's turn.
not really a good start for 2011 i suppose?

my bah kwas are depleting very fast..
only left than 10 small gold coins are left..
so in order to continue my crave,
i shall go beat the queue & come back with another pack!

side note, everytime when CNY is slowly approaching,
my mum wil have a 180degrees transformation.
thats when the non-stop nagging start,
where she becomes the nagging machine on auto-mode.
i wish there is a button which i can mute everything. ;(
and im so gonna call up Singnet to complain!
how many zillion time am i gonna tolerate the modem not working?
out of 10x, there could more than 5x it needs to be rebooted.
its getting on my nerve everytime i need to use desktop.
not to mention my iphone. the 3G & reception can get rather sucky.
seriously, im so done with complaining now.
gotta chiong out to queue for bah kwa. BYE THERE!

im neglecting u so often nowadays..
i dont even know if i wil stop blogging one day.
however i'll definitely not close down this humble site of mine.
here contains too much for me to lose..
occasionally its a form of entertainment to browse the archives.
i haven done much recently except having more "me-time".
just last week while clearing my table, i came across something.
i couldnt bring myself to throw it away.
but yet i flipped through, gone were the bitter sweet memories.
very often we'll make decision that we'll regret.
i've since learnt not to regret instead to accept & face the reality.
whatever it is, life goes on; happy or not.

last Thur i met my team 101 girls..
we had a great catching up session over dinner.
talked about our 1st flt, silly phrases & of cux gossips!

elena treated us dinner at Tampopo!
its like our advance reunion dinner lidat..
the care & concern they gave me is indeed priceless.
elena as usual express her motherly care for me.
been coughing so much that she advise me aganist eating chix.
lynn & i is always caught saying the same thing!
our replies & catchphrase, i can only say is all build during flt.
i miss her laughter & the "sshhhh" which jap crew will warn us.
how i hope we can get such meetup every now & then..

after dinner with them, i bought a crystal jade cake.
was on a 30% discount after 8:30pm.
i ate like 80% of it & left 20% for my sis.

last Sat i was disfigured! ;(
its a long story as to how i got it..
so i shall spare u people from the long details..
as of now, the mark is fading already..
no longer as serious as it seems in the picture.

i told him i was still quite pissed over NYE incident.
so in order to appease my anger, he went around looking for balloons.
at weird timing of 11+pm where most convenience shop are closed.
i went home to feed bara her med first when he called me.
opened the door to see the balloons planted outside my doorstep.
undeniable, i was touched as i can feel his sincerity.
bring the balloons in & 1 of them burst!
it ended up giving me a scare instead.
but within another half hour or so, another burst as well.

e same night my sis came back from Cambodia.
she bought for me mini sized tic tac!
in 4 assorted flavours so cute!
she even got for me my fave Honey Lemon Green Tea!
i only drink selected green tea -
sakae sushi & suki sushi green tea + this special 1!
up till date, have only find this green tea from BKK thats all!
so at least now i know Cambodia have this drink too!

Mon my sis drove me & mum down to Chinatown!
we spent 2hrs finding clothes for my dad & mum.
another 2hrs buying random things for CNY.
bought my fave jellies from TW too, at a bargain price!
dinner was settled at the hawker.
totally full to the brim!

yesterday i met lisa & xiang for lunch @ orchard.
its like back to our good ol' days of lunching together.
be it at bugis or tanjong pagar, we'll settle our lunch together.
sometimes as far as suntec, we'll also head down!
after lunch i came back to amk to meet yixian.
intro her the ipl place that i went to.
she decided to have a trial before taking up package.
except the outcome was different from what we agree beforehand.
i can only hope that she find the result +ve then.

knowing that im uber lazy when it comes to eating,
my noble mum peel the skin & took out all the seeds from it,
put them all on a plate & bring into my room for me.
so i can eat the orange while enjoying my drama.
u cant find this kinda love from just anyone.
they can only come from your dearest family.

am currently chasing drama on my HD now..
have finished half of Cinderella's Sister, a korean drama.
i shed tears although i know its all drama.
am determined to have it finished by this week.
before then next week will be spring cleaning all the way..

last Sun i made my last trip back to office.
i took a very last look in my mailbox.

goodbye to my so call two letter.

then we foursome head to dabao lunch before going down..

to baby dro's 1st birthday celebration at ACC!

they ordered some helium blew balloons;
joey&dickson blew somemore balloons 4 decor;
the rest of us paste the decor around the chalet.
all's done within an hour of hardwork.
had the buffet and stayed in "our" room to play Charadium.
was so addicted to the short thrill!
sang the bdae song; cut the cake & took photos.
heard that there's a BIG match Man U vs Liverpool.
hence decided to tag along & watch.

continued the night with watching streetside soccer!

drank beer & eat Doritos.
everything sum up to less than $10!
why would i wanna spend that same amount on valet?

then Mon i met Raju accompany her down Raffles Place.
she helped me get some med as i've run out.
hungry as we can be, we hopped into a random place.

ordered chix mushroom soup,
goes well with our nachos cheesy bun!

and even ordered these cheese sticks.
its totally filled with mozzarella cheese!
we requested to get it re-heated up to taste better!

come Tue i went down for the "interview".
wasted time waiting for the testor & other testee.

return of the old school 2B pencil & MCQs!
been long since i last did such shading on test paper.
lets see if i can pass the 1st round. :)

ytd i met joey at amk then train down Clarke Quay!

i went to get some sticky from The Central.
slowly walked down to Chinatown as it was raining.
been wet & cooling these few days, me like!

everywhere in Chinatown is filled with REDness!
there've got whole shop selling just CNY decors!
i mean, how are they gonna survive when CNY is over?
as its still pretty early, i decide to checkout a place..

i was shocked to see no Q outside lohx..
only to realised their famous bak gua r all soldout!
sold out as in sold out for the day! ;(
i went down too late already!
but still i bought an alt instead.
the gold coin bak gua better than nothing.

randomly walked around & bought a facial scrub.
there's actually a 女人我最大专卖店 in chinatown loh！
my current fave mask is selling there too!
although is slightly more expensive than TPE,
however i can mix & match my own box.
being done with Chinatown, we took NEL down Serangoon!
nearly wanted to stop at Farrer Park for Saizeriya,
City Square is not as tempting as Nex i guess?
we settled our dinner at a small fast food place - TORIGO!
its all fried & bbq chicken. western style.
we ordered this honey bbq combo to share for $12.80

im not really sure if its consider exp though,
but the chicken is real tasty!

the soup is really thick & concentrated.
i find it taste sweet instead of the usual MSGs.
love that its got onion inside!

we completed the whole NEX shopping within 3hrs?
didnt really shop, its just walking & browsing la.
i was so full from the dinner that i din get anymore finger food.
no dessert either, its time for me to go on slight diet. ;x
call it a day as we're both tired.

thats us while waiting for train at Serangoon.
we took the Circle Line this time round.

and alighted at Bishan before taking the North line back home.
it seems pretty near for me like just 3stops away!

lastly, having bid goodbye to my ex-company,
i can now happily have any hairstyle i like already!
even long fringe & colored hair!

so im officially jobless right now!

so i've returned every single ex-company items back,
my spacious bedroom is finally back!
i clear a part of my room everyday & slept more than 10hrs?
but that is under the effect of medications.
been taking cough syrup & flu pills for the whole last wk.
am slightly better now & went down for an "interview" this aftn.
shall not go into details with the "interview" first.
somemore rounds coming up next to be notified.
anyway, i shouldnt drift off from my main topic today!
i took photos of most of the gifts i received for Xmas'10!
guess what my senior told me?!
she say im the one with the most gift last year!
even our boss also agree with her! *blush*
oh well, such thing doesnt happen that often lah..

all e gift i received after my Xmas AL..
stuffed right inside my small tiny mailbox in office.

our LI CR came to my NRT room just to pass me this!
and we ended up chit chatting till i hopped over for 2nd round!

she's like 1 of the nicest senior i've flew with so far!

we got a temporary 1month team flight back in MAY/JUN.
did 3 pattern together and built our bond during the period.

with the self stamped VERONICA on the envelope, i appreciate!
she even got me my fave KAPI(-kia)!!!

not to mention the girl i abandon after i left, LIN JI!
she wrote her heart-felt words on our in-flight postcard! ;(

even thought she nv slot it into the mailbox,
she passed it to me the very last time at Marroad hotel.
just before i left hotel for my last sector back to Singapore.

afew more other gift which i forgot to take photos..
i really appreciate every single card/note/gift & everything!
the few best things that i've got from this company are :
- lesson learnt in leaving my nails long (like finally!!!)
- knowing people from almost all walk of life
- the ability to see a slightly bigger world other than SEA.
- of course, making new friends who are willing to stay on in my life.

okie.. gotta apologize 4 my lack of updates recently..
been so caught up with my social life,
that im neglecting this "open" diary over here.
gone is 2010 & here comes 2011.
i promise i'll try to think back on my 2010,
and do a recap over here, most probably one of these days.
right now, i'll just update on my last 3days.

i started a brand new year by overshopping!
1st of Jan japan has got 福袋 selling at Aeon Mall!
being a 1st-timer, i chiong the 1st bus out!
ignoring the fact that i slept at 3am e previous night.
lucky me, i've got June who is also a 1st-timer to accompany me!

she dragged her trolley full of stuffs wherever we go.
so, feel kinda paiseh i also didnt dare to shop too much.
we even deposit her stuffs over at 100yen locker!
its so big that we managed to fit in all her buys lohx!

randomly we bought gyoza to try and it became our lunch instead.
although i bough my Ebi Burger Meal, i kept it as teabreak.
also helped Serene to buy a 525yen accessories 福袋!
which tempt me into buying as well.

i bought a canmake 福袋 which got -
eyeshadow; blusher; lipgloss; nail polish & grape flavoured body lotion!
all these for a mere 700yen which is less than $16!
did some groceries at Jusco supermarket -
teriyaki & salad sauce; assorted ramen; braised eggs & sandwich!

i even managed to help zhen to find her Cure products!
not forgetting her stickers from Sakuranbo as well.
head to Daiso buy plastic gloves 4 mum too..
took the 1st bus 1005am & only went back at 1400pm.
1410pm i rushed out airport to change my cargo;
hurrily took 1450pm bus back to hotel.
which enables me to take the 1505pm bus out to Mall again!
HAHAHA! this time round i did shopping on my own.

this is classified as my best buy of the day!
a pair of beige color boots for $28!
was on offer and with additional 10% discount!
totally couldnt resist so ...

anyway, i totally run all the tasks that i noted down!

2nd day was not so smooth for me..
i can name it the most memorable last flt man!
flew with the pretty lady which most of us crew agree with..
we nearly missed our 2025pm airport limo bus;
i left my shoulder bag at 3rd storey Mac after boarding the bus.
did a 8x100m dash back to retrieve it.
we nearly got lost at e HND airport & wasted 10mins.
overbooked & allocated ushiro gly!
gum tape hit my lips & left a blue black mark! ;(
ultra mean crews who never lend me a SINGLE HAND during flt!
was really a terrible flt not until i told them its my LAST!
thats when things took a slight turn for the better.
fortunately i got a free ride home which enables me to sleep earlier.
else i think i'll start my day off being very grouchy.

2dae i met zhen at raffles place whereby i see doc.
my cough & flu been delaying for the longest time.
kinda worsen when i did my LAX pattern.
i cough until i can taste blood in my throat,
& i blow my nose until e mucus came out greenish with blood.
whenever i insert tissue into nose to clean,
it'll definitely come out bloody. ;(
doc say my throat is red with inflammation.
but my lungs are still alright.
she even diagnosed me to have slight fever too.
all in all, i came out with 6 kinda meds.
im gonna finish them all up to kill e virus once & for all!

since our dear lisa is working nearby,
we gave her a call & met her shortly after.
had the usual dessert at Arcade.

this KUL pattern is so fun-filled that im so exhausted!
reported for my morning flt & had 2 do gly as expected.
but what i didnt expect was the 62SPML! -.-
what a way to begin my flt pattern!
anyway, was fortunate to have So-san to help me out!

the amount of SPML over at my compartment.
the other half was in another compartment which So-san did.
made friend with 1 of e jap crew & exchanged no.!
now we're whatsapp-ing each other like how cool is that?
distance drawn closer by technology!

then i checked in hotel to received 3 notes!
can remember this is 1 of e most notes i received so far..
my TAN LL is always so nice & sweet to me!

on my laptop & signed in MSN to see....
so many offline messages?!

then i went out myself & bump into HuiMin + Jessie.
they accompany me to run my errands while waiting for Jill.
after Jill came, we had our dinner @ foodcourt..
thats when we exchanged some funny incidents on board.
since it'll be the last time i see Jill at NRT,
hence we went 4 some neoprint sessions!

took several since its only 400yen each!
only $3+ each of us lohx..
hopped on the last bus & rush back hotel.
did my xmas gift packing while waiting for Jill.
our last bunk-in at Marroad. ;s

the next day i reported for my KL flt with Yixian.
did c-cbn with only 6 jap & e rest all english speakers!
touched down KL hotel rather tired.
but still we bathed & went out 4 our dinner together.
something i gonna miss KUL is -

the 油菜 over at the foodcourt!
only selling at RM$3.90 for this amount..

then is my KFC cheesy wedges..
sg have cheesy fries but not wedges..
1 of my all time fave there..

not forgetting my KFC chix!

after our dinner, we went 2 have a drink..

hardly a chance i take photo with Yixian..

but we drink Carlsberg which makes me feel so old?

she showed me e Anterprima bag she bought..
tempt me into buying it too! 1200yen!

e next day we slept through until 9+ report for work.
touched down NRT and its another rush hour!

went to find my dearest Raju!
we're gonna fly back to SIN together man!

e cold weather turns our skin so dry..
making me feels old looking at our skin lohx..
took train all the way down to Ginza!

our 1st stop is the Lotteria..
settle our hungry stomach!

follow by walking around looking for Matsuya Mall..
thats where i hafta find my authentic french rusk!!!
was shocked to see a long Q along the counter..
all the way we Q until outside! ;O
lets say 20-25mins queue-ing time, we came out with...

this amount of rusk!
the small vs the big bag..
i lug it everywhere we go after that.

Raju treats me to dessert at this atas place!

every table comes with 3 stalk of fresh rose..
dipped into a glass of water..
couldnt resist not taking photo with it..

look that the rose are so well evenly bloomed!
would be lovely to have 1 stalk everyday!
just kidding, everyday is too much..
but once in a blue moon works fine too! ;p

here's my Rose & Raspberry Pie/Strudel..
its really special with e rose flavour fresh cream.
not at all thick or over whelming.

that's Raju's Chocolate flavoured pie/strudel.
its normal i think since its chocolate.
but the fresh cream is so light that i dont feel fattening.

we snapped a polariod shot each with the rose..

kapi spotted @ Ueno arcades!
but i couldnt get my grandpa kapi..

nor the lama at the other machine..
decided thats it & stopped trying anymore..
instead we went to take neoprints!

clearer instead of e neoprint itself so small..

Raju did alil' shopping, grab a small bite & we head back..
the train ride back was a torturous good 2hrs! -.-

we started off with snapping some photos..

more ppl board the train hence we stopped..
and thats when both of us fell asleep..

reached hotel stil must pack our luggage! ughhh~

e bagful of french rusk all ended inside my coatbag..
firm & solid which i carry onboard..
i cannot imagine how it'll be if i check-in..

even soft drinks also got xmas edition.. so cute!

i concussed after putting mask on my face..
vividly i remember i woke up to talk to Raju for awhile.
she told me something about the fridge electric cut off,
then her milk turns bad so she cant drink it.
and i even tell her i nv wash my face after putting mask,
but my face feels soft to the touch man!
and then on & off i woke up, doze off woke up doze off..

thats us while on the airport limousine to Haneda
rusk for "supper" before our flt!

we each had 3 items to carry back! ;(

the best way to kill boredom is to take photos!

and lots of it! ;D

its funny like how i always ruin things or plans.
unknowingly that is, only realizing it thereafter.
was supposed to be a fun-filled day ended sourly for us.
call it miscommunication or misunderstanding or mis-whatever;
everything turns back normal at least within 24hrs. :)
did some xmas shopping in town before grabbing our dinner!

finally went down to have a try after joey's recommendation.

overall i guess its just another 3/5 restaurant.
nothing much, nothing less, great for hanging out.
i like how they decor the restaurant;
very comfortable & cozy to stay in.

before i forgot, xmas is around the corner!
its time for the season of giving!

shall end it with the xmas tree in Part 1 Cafe!
would love to have my own xmas tree in future!

i embarked 3days after i got back from TPE was KL.
supposingly JFK but .. ah well, its fated.
did my SIN-NRT-KUL-NRT with an "Angel" senior.
she IS so nice & mild tempered, making me feel blessed.
& her occasionally concern for me regarding my stomachache.
surprisingly, i did my c-gly for my SIN-NRT flt.
no butterflies in the stomach at all!
its all done in a breeze & chief even praised me!

received this omiyage from 1 of e jap crew.
its her last leg last flt back to NRT.
honestly, this aeroplane cookie taste good!

she even slot a note together with it.
much hard work, appreciated.
wish her all the best! :)

then i arrived @ NRT & went 2 find Raju soon after.
she got a HND-SIN midnite flt so alil' catch-up time 4 us.
after she checked-out, its just me myself & i in hotel room le.
try to sleep early in preparation for my next morning flight.
super lucky cux my NRT-KUL flight loading was light!
y-cls only less than half & everyone on easy work mode.
reason being, 3 of the jap crews r having their last flight! ;O
lots of camwhoring everywhere in the airport/aircraft.

1st time tried foodcourt food..
spotted this chinese food stall & have it a try.

ordered braised duck noodle & 油菜！
i gotta agree that the 油菜 taste really authentic!
even though its cooked by malays!

slept very late and woke up very late the next day.
ordered room service since i still got ringgit on hand.

my food came in the wrong serving. -.-
i requested diced tomato, cheese & mushroom filled omelet.
instead it only came as cheese filled.
my tomato & mushroom were served separately.
i only asked for chicken sausage but hashbrown was included too!

worse of all, my set gave me 3 choices :
- french fries
- potato wedges
- onion rings
to go with my omelet.
YET, my potato wedges came in a large serving!
the guy even push a whole trolley with 2 set of cutlery.
was he thinking i ordered that amount for 2 pax?
im afraid he's wrong. so so wrong!

but oh wells, i dabao-ed potato wedges on board.
and finished my whole main tray's food!
shockingly true, im amazed by my stomach's threshold now.
did my KUL-NRT full flight and slept 1+25 rest.
arrived at NRT feeling so tired & concussed 3hrs only.
met my angel senior 4 late lunch/early dinner.

she was lemming for tonkatsu so i went along..
here's my cheese chix set!
the cabbage & miso soup + rice is free flow!
i had 3 servings of soup (nearly the 4th)
but my stomach protested in the end.

we went for groceries shopping & stickers shopping!
since i might not get 2 fly with her again,
we decided 2 have a neoprint taken!

had so much fun takin neoprint & decorating it!
hardly i spent 4hrs at the Aeon Mall being so entertained.

the jap hotel i stayed in decided to upgrade.
from the normal squarish TV to flat screen!
upgrade is good but why only japanese channels?
where is my CNN & FOX?! ;(

the very next day Mabelle arrived from her 712 flight.
came to find me before i show up for my HND-SIN.

thats her writing the direction for me!
thankew loads! the instructions came handy!

thats me & my pretty senior, Kelly!
so happy to do a two-some flight with her!
the crews were nice except for that 皮笑肉不笑花香 chabo!
she roll eyes when she saw i dabao yakitori to eat on board!
whats wrong with me eating more? hhhpppmmhhhhhhh~
and she even refuse to budge way when Kelly wanna go pass.

arrived in SG, went office tap card & there we gooo~
we shared cab home & parted way when she reached.
homed, unpacked, bathed, blowdry hair & concussed.
switch my phone to silent mode to prevent disturbance.
instead my ever-so-nice mom opened my bedroom door,
and my off-day dad on the TV so loudly,
that it woke me up 3hrs later.
chit chatted my flight stuffs with my mom.
and she prepared my 爱心午餐！

bet u din know cup noodle can be so sumptuous ba?
totally homely feeling~ feels great to be home!

then after lunch i rest awhile more before getting changed.
accompanied my boy down Paragon to get his phone.
waited a good 40mins before its his turn!
blame it on the good location + large shop space.
everyone went down Paragon instead of ulu amk hub.
and guess what we came back with?!

2 bluetooth headset; 1 multi car-charger; 4 casing + 1 micro-sim adaptor!
all FOC to be exact.. HAHAHAHAH~

rushed down to his viewing near his house.
while waiting for him in the car, i explored his car.
afterwhich i went home with him to wait for him.
he bathed & had his dinner.
gave him his free back rub before going home.
yeah~ he came over my house while i had my dinner!
play throw throw with toto & that stop him from barking.
we watched TV together in my bedroom.
squeezed together on my single bed feel so cozy.
although my bed is partially filled with soft toys. ;x

went all e way down to City Square Mall for lunch.
all for the sake of eating Saizeriya.
reminisce our training times of having it at tokyo.
oh i miss those training times.

from Farrer Park to took train to Dhoby Ghaut.
hafta meet Cafren to borrow TPE guide book from her.
but missed her but a teeny bit.
and because i was craving for some dessert,
hence i suggest we walk down to Somerset 313!

okie its indeed value for money.
cost $5.50 but its totally worth every cent!
even bud also say the mixture is nice!

somehow girls jux need to camwhore more..
using anything or everything they can find. ;x

gave her a sushi stickers 4 her 2 paste on iphone.
just like how mabelle used to gave us each.

i was out for almost the whole day..
i met raju nearby my house to pass her barang bag.
and then i rushed over AMK Hub to book my Fri dental appt.
walked over AMK Mrt to meet Joey at the platform.
while on the train, we had a change of mind.
decided to watch Life As We Know It at PS instead.

oh man Josh Duhamel is so super hot inside!
and Katerine Heigl i love her since Roswell High drama.
storyline was very close to reality.
the difficulties faced after having a baby, oh-so-true!
after 2hrs of movie while walking to MRT station,
i just had to take a glimpse at the Agnes B shop at Level1.
saw the swarovski crystals on the iphone casing!
walked around the shop & came out empty-handed UNWILLINGLY!
IF im not going holiday, i might have just ...

ANYWAY, we train down to Raffles Place.
had to check out clinic & change some money.
bumped into some colleagues at the clinic too!
intro joey to the nachos cheese bun shop.
she was hooked & immediately decided to buy more home.
i guess the guys at the shop was a tad over-friendly.

had our late lunch at Soup Spoon sharing 2 kinda soup base.
Meatless Minestrone & Velvety Mushroom!
honestly speaking, Soup Spoon's Velvety Mushroom win hands down.
i can never find anywhere selling a better tasting mushroom soup.
oh well, final destination @ Orchard there we go.
walked around aimlessly & joey bought a River Island clutch.
with the 15% coupon & my POSB card, its a bargain!
slowly strolled over Wheelock Place & rest our feets.
carrying alot of barangs & do window-shop is so not comfy. ;(
we planted the cake without much suspicion & had dinner @ Skinny Pizza.
was a really nice catch-up cum dinner session with them.
the pizzas are so thin & crispy unlike the usuals.
everything came to a slow stop after 8+pm.
with the appearance of the cake, card & hongbao!

a total of 4 cameras on standby mode -
joey's digi camera; my iphone; my polariod & her polariod!
but thank godness the waitress at Skinny Pizza is so helpful!
she take awesome photos as well! *thumbs up

now dont u just agree she take great shot?
ended our dinner near 9pm.
decided to bring them down Serangoon Garden.

unfortunately our mama lisa couldnt join us.
hence 1 last shot with her before bidding our bye!

ending our night with dessert perfectly!

Oh Wow Little Gifts!

i was finally back in SIN after a tiring 8days pattern.
imagine every single flight is only 1 night stay;
ignore the packing, unpacking rountine;
im stil pretty much blessed to have light load at some flights.
and kinda had some sudden bonding with the other 2 girls.
yesterday though my flt back to SIN was delayed.
flight time 7hours is already long enough,
yet we still have to keep on holding around the SIN area.
due to heavy traffic or weather i wouldnt really know.
but im panicky enough remembering that bf had appt at 730pm.
we only landed at 6pm after 7+30 of flight time.
collected cargo & reached office at 630pm.
had our monthly meeting (video again!) for 35mins.
only managed to leave office at 705pm.
heavy rainfall was drenched when i sat in his new car.
accompanied him to his so call viewing while i wait in the car.
snapped some pix of his new toy.
spotted my fave 23. & the stitch toy in it.
to think the bf went an extra mile to get boot mat.
all for the sake of my always-heavy-cargo.
to & fro, only arrived at his place by 830pm.
had my bath & wait 4 him 2 bath b4 we had our dinner.
dined & watched TV when suddenly deliveryman came!
he bounced up & opened the door.
like a 3-year-old kid receiving a gift from santa claus.
he ripped open the exterior box from DHL;
& passed me the inner box! ♥♥

its a neck pillow 4 comfortable flight sleeping!
perfect for my pax-ing flight & holiday!
(shall motivates me to continue working for time being)

my fave team girl, TAN LL bought me kapibara!
heard that she pax a SFO flt back to HND airport.
& managed to spend 1N stay at the hotel.
she specially bought me something from the airport!
thats very sweet.. i appreciate it!

lastly, i came back late at night to see sth on my desk.
its a small lil' souvenir from Bali!
thanks andy for remembering to get sth 4 me!

well that kinda summarise up my yesterday.
2dae's gonna be a rather busy day.
i hafta do my laundry, pack & mail items + scrapbook!
come tomorrow i'll have a date with my besties!

anyhow, seriously cant wait to get my ass back in sg.
i wanna be surrounded by my family, friends & bf.

ytd i had only 1 meal for the day..
touched down nrt from kul in the morning,
unpacked, bath, wash laundry, drop note b4 i concussed.
for a good 7hrs+ later, i found myself waiting for raju's arrival.
she's gonna touched down from the very last SFO flt.
from my own room, i re-packed my everything & shift to her room.
reached her room & unpacked again b4 we head out for dinner.
it was denise, yixian, kris & meixin's last flt.
only me & raju were like the "remaining" ones on the bus.
we had the new Mac meals without french fries!
upgraded our meals to add-on with salads!
its shhhooooo nice & addictive!
my instinct told me to checkout the arcade & true enough...

i came back hotel with a new kapibara!
its a joint force that let us won this kapi~
& i've found kapi a new home - loverboy's house!

next time i can hug this kapi when im at his place..
its a xmas version this time round.
i wonder if im around during this year's xmas though..

had our 1st ever dh flt 2gether after 2years+!
i think i got alil' too high on board.
we keep playing with raju's neck brace (劈腿)
we also head out after flt to grab bags for sale.
had our beehoon in the room before going out,
& just because we missed the 720pm bus back to hotel,
we settled for a round of Mac Salad with sesame dressing!
the salad was very delicious!
im sure im going to like have it quite often.
baskins robbins' ice after thereafter!
they're having a halloween contest right now!
every 300Y entitles you to a lucky dip.
i want the baskin robbins pen with 4 colors so badly!
came back hotel with my supa bought oden.
i ate my oden immediately after reaching hotel room.
is that my second round of puberty?

yesterday!
have no idea why was i in the mood..
asked for a dinner out instead of home-cooked food.
brought the love to liang court's saizeriya.
full of grumbles during the whole journey.
traffic jam, slight drench in the rain, ERP, carpark etc.
so the mood wasnt so quite right initially.
fortunately everything changed after we filled our stomach.
chix wings, tuna&mushroom salad, mushroom soup,
carbonara spaghetti & cheese chix fillet for hungry stomach.
full to the brim i would say! ;D

its farewell time in exchange for a "healthier" one.
head down Taka to buy new bolster for his bed.
i enjoyed carrying the bolster though.
not like you've frequent chances of carrying bolster walk downtown.
anyway, i surfed HungryGoWhere apps for dessert huntout.
i GPS-ed the way down to Serangoon Garden Way,
(although he could do without my assisting of the route)
before finding ourselves at Dessert Bowl!
its hidden away from the industrious area.
located at the 2nd level, love spotted it first!
i would say the cheap price would attract me to re-visit it.
the previous 2 days' dessert that i had cost an average of $5.50,
hence for the price i paid last nite - $3.50,
its definitely consider a good bargain.

last nite i woke up in the middle of e night,
received a new inbox from Kate Spade.
i ended up surfing their website for a good 25mins.
sad to say, a few items caught my eyes.
i even left the url link on Mabelle's msn.
2dae, we went all the way down from Harajuku-Shibuya-Shinjuku,
just for the sake of looking at Kate Spade bags!
oh man! i would love to shop at Union Square once again!
how i miss their Kate Spade shop terribly! ;(

i've had 3 iphone casings since i own it 2wks back.
cant help wanting to change "clothes" for it.
furthermore, its in my fave polka dots. like again! -.-

& then i saw this lovely on sale section!
im quite sure its use-able if im working as ground job.

is like most girls own a LV speedy bag.
in addition i dont have any bag in this shape!
saw it in actual face just now at Isetan.
retailing for a gd SG$600+ like omgosh can!

lastly, the newyork kate spade flagship store graphic designs.
it looks pretty cool in my opinion lah..
great for a casual day out kinda bag, with jeans/shorts..

very very tempting!!
kate spade's advertisement successfully pull me into dilemma..
ughhh.. i need to work more earn more for my spendings!
